Studio apartment consists of a cozy bedroom, kitchen and combined bathroom. The windows overlook the courtyard and to the street. There is no elevator in the house.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-storey building. The house is located in the historical part of Kyiv, close to the main attractions of the capital of Ukraine. A 3-minute walk to the main street of Kyiv – Khreshchatyk, Bessarabska square with many shops and cafes, Mandarin Plaza shopping center, Parus business center, as well as Arena shopping center, which has: Pinchuk Art Center, night clubs, shops, restaurants, cafes, a round-the-clock supermarket. NSC Olimpiiskyi is located 5 minutes from the house.
The apartment is designed for 2 sleeping places.
